Delivery and installation of televisions

Will you install my new television?

Yes. You can add this extra service to your order on the page of the product. You'll have two options:

Installation - € 59.99

  • We’ll install your TV during delivery.
  • We’ll unpack the TV and mount it to the base.
  • We’ll connect the product to a working TV signal and set up the channels.
  • We’ll connect the TV to WiFi and your peripherals, such as a DVD player or soundbar.
  • We’ll take your old product with us if you’d like.

Some televisions also include installation service for a soundbar, if you've purchased one. This service costs € 39.99. You can find the service on the product page.

Installation and mounting service - from € 89.99

  • We’ll unpack the TV and hang it on the wall with a mount you bought at Coolblue.
  • We’ll connect the product to a working TV signal and set up the channels.
  • We’ll connect the TV to WiFi and your peripherals, such as a DVD player or soundbar.
  • We’ll take your old product with us if you’d like.

Some televisions also include installation and mounting service for a soundbar, if you've purchased one. This service is available from € 79.99. You can find the service on the product page.

Mounting and installation check
The delivery driver can only hang and install your television for you if:

  • your wall is made of solid brick or solid concrete. We don't mount TVs on ceilings.
  • there's a working TV signal where the TV will be placed;
  • you have all the necessary cables (such as an HDMI cable) during the installation. Don't have all of them yet? Make sure to order the necessary cables;
  • the peripherals, such as a soundbar, already have cables near the TV. We only install peripherals for the television.

Will you take my old television with you?

Yes, but only if the television is at least 43 inches or if you added the connection service. Is your old TV a lot bigger than the new one? The delivery driver won't be able to lift the TV on their own, which means they can't take it with them.

If you prepare this, we'll take your old TV with us:

  • Disconnect your old television.
  • Didn't order an installation service for your new TV? We'll deliver to your front door. We'll only take your old TV with us if you have it ready for us there.

Note: you'll have to give us your old product during delivery. Is it not ready for us or do you want to use it a little longer? We can come back on a different day for € 50.

Will you mount my new television?

Can I choose a specific delivery time for my television?

You can choose the delivery time that suits you best. We deliver every day, even on Sundays. You have the following options:

  • Morning: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00
  • Afternoon: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00

These time slots cost money to reserve. The costs vary from € 9 to € 39, depending on the delivery day and the delivery time. You can also choose free delivery if you select the whole day. We'll arrive between 07:30 and 17:00 on the day you chose. You can see if you can choose a delivery time for your product in your shopping cart.

For smaller packages delivered by one of our delivery partners, other times and rates apply.

How can I prepare for the delivery of my television?

That depends on the services you chose. You can find the exact preparation per service below.

Normal free service

  • We’ll put your new television next to the front door
  • We’ll take your old television with us if it’s next to the front door and has been disinfected

Installation service

  • Make sure you have a working television signal in the place you’re going to put the television.
  • Make sure you have all the necessary cables, such as an HDMI cable. Don't have them yet? Make sure to order them.
  • Make sure the peripherals, such as a soundbar, don't have to be pulled through the house with cables. The peripherals can only be installed near the television.

Installation and mounting service

  • This service is only possible if your wall is made of solid brick or solid concrete. We don't mount televisions on ceilings.
  • We’ll only mount the TV if you buy a wall mount as well. That way, we can be sure the TV fits on the mount.
  • Prepare for delivery in the same way as for the regular service.
