If you order before 23:59 during the sale, your package will be delivered tomorrow for free. Even on Sundays in Flanders and Brussels. If you live in Wallonia, we'll deliver orders placed on Saturday or Sunday on Monday.

Yes. You can reserve all deals and pick them up in our stores. Some deals are already in stock in our stores. You can then view them in the store and take them with you right away. Do you want to make sure you don't miss out on deals in our stores? Reserve the product in advance and select pickup. Note: you can't take large products, such as washing machines and TVs of 65 inches and larger, with you right away. We're happy to deliver these to your home.

You can pay with Consumption Passes or EcoCheques on our site and in our Belgian stores. You can use Consumption Passes for all products and repair services. Use EcoCheques for products which make your household more energy-efficient. On the product page, you can see if you can pay for the product with EcoCheques indicated by the EcoCheques label with the green leaf. Deals that don't have this label can't be bought with EcoCheques.

Unfortunately, you're slightly too late. Click the button 'Keep me updated', so you're the first to know when the deal is back in stock. If your product comes back in stock after the sale, you can't use the discount anymore.

Yes. When the product is in stock in our store, you can come pick it up today. When it's not in stock, you can reserve it for pickup the next day. You can pay in our store. You can't pick up large products such as washing machines, fridges, and large televisions. We'll deliver these to your home.
