When are you open?

Our store in Hognoul is open from Monday through Saturday. Our opening hours can vary on holidays. View our most up-to-date opening hours at the top of this page.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, you can choose 'Pick up in the store' when you order. If the product is in stock, you can pick it up today. Otherwise it's ready for you tomorrow.

Which products can I view in the store?

In our store in Hognoul, you can experience more than 1000 products. At the top of the page, below "experience these products", you can find a list with all the products you can view.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No, that's not necessary. But it's possible. We can reserve a time slot for you, so you don't have to wait and we'll help you right away.

Can I pay with EcoCheques or a Consumption Pass?

Yes, that's possible. In all our Belgian stores, you can pay with EcoCheques and a Consumption Pass. You can spend EcoCheques on products that make your household more energy-efficient. These can be washing machines, fridges, thermostats, and smart lights. You can use a Consumption Pass for all products and repair services.

In all our Belgian stores, you can pay with EcoCheques and Consumption Passes. In Olen, we currently only accept Monizze and Sodexo EcoCheques.
