Can I contact the stores?
No, you can't email or call the stores unfortunately. Can't find the answer to your question among the frequently asked questions? Luckily, our heroes at the customer service know everything about the stores. They're ready for all your questions every day until 23:59. Of course, you're also always welcome in one of our stores
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes, you can reserve a product online by selecting pickup in store when you place the order.
- If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
- If the product isn't in stock, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
- You can pay for it beforehand or when you pick it up in the store.
Can I have my product repaired in the store?
Yes, you can drop off your product in one of our stores. You don't have to register your repair in advance and don't have to print anything. We'll first try to find a solution for the defect ourselves and if that doesn't work, we'll send your product to be repaired.
Of course, you can always return your package via a bpost point or parcel locker.
Can I return my product in the store?
Yes, that's possible! Read more below:
- Take your product to one of our stores. You don't have to register your return online beforehand and don't have to print anything either.
- Do you want to exchange your product? Reserve the new product in advance by ordering it and having it sent to the store. You don't have to pay for a reservation.
- Would you rather get your money back? Amounts lower than € 30 will be refunded directly in the store. We'll transfer larger amounts to your account within 5 working days.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, you can pay in cash if you place your order in our store. This is possible up to a limit of € 2999. You can reserve a product online and pay in the store or visit us to place your order. You can find the addresses and opening hours of all our stores here. We don't accept cash payments at the door or at the post office.
How do I pay with purchasing power premium?
This is possible in all our stores or various eco-friendly products. Reserve your product online and choose "pay in store", or visit a store to place your order. It's not possible to use your purchasing power premium online.
