Delivery and installation of white goods

What can I expect when you install and connect my product?

  • We place your product at spirit level where you like.
  • We connect your product.
  • We take the packaging back with us.
  • We take your old product back with us from the place where you were using it.
  • We don't leave until everything works. Promise.

What extra services do you offer for the delivery of white goods?

That differs per product. You can select the extra services on the page of the product you've chosen. You can also see the costs of the extra services there. Unfortunately, not all installation services are available if there's a large demand.

Washing machines and dryers

  • We can place your washing machine, dryer, or washer dryer combination in the desired spot and connect it for you as well.
  • If you have a washing machine and dryer, we can place them on top of each other using a stacking kit.
  • If you have a pull switch and water connector, we can connect your appliance and disconnect the old one for you.
  • For some products, we also change the door direction for you by default.
  • We'll take your old product with us for free. We do ask you to disconnect and clean it in advance. In this video, you can see how to do that. If you ordered the extra connection service, we'll take the old product from the place it was installed in. If you didn't order this service, we'll take your old product with us if it's ready at the front door.

Dishwashers, fridges, and freezers

  • We'll place your product in the desired spot in the house, level it, and connect it.
  • We'll build in your product and we'll install the front panel.
  • We'll take your old product with us for free if you've emptied and cleaned it. If you've selected build-in service, we'll also take out the old product for you. If you didn't select this service, we ask you to take out the appliance yourself and place it near the front door so we can take it with us.

Ovens and microwaves

  • We'll place your product in the desired spot in the house, level it, and connect it.
  • We'll build in your product at the desired spot and remove your old appliance.
  • We'll take your old product with us for free if you've emptied and cleaned it. If you chose the build-in service, we'll also take out the old product for you. If you didn't, we ask you to place it next to the front door yourself so that we can take it with us.

To where in my home do you deliver white goods?

We'll carry your product to just past the front door. Do you live in an apartment? We'll carry your appliance to the 4th floor via the stairs. With the elevator, no floor is too high.

Delivery with extra (installation) service Did you choose one of our services? We'll carry your product to any desired spot in your house and connect it there for you. If the service is available, you can add it to your order on the page of your chosen product.

We only deliver heavy products like an American fridge to the ground floor.

Do you take my old white goods product with you for free?

Yes, as long as the product is similar in size. Make sure to prepare for this, otherwise our delivery drivers can't take your product with them. You do this as follows:

Preparation without installation service

  • Have your product ready at your front door. If you didn't add our installation service, we'll only take your product with us if it's ready for us there. Do you want our delivery drivers to take your old product with them from the place you used it in? Order our installation service.
  • Make sure to clean, empty, and dry your product. That way, our delivery drivers can transport it safely. Do you need help disconnecting your washing machine or dryer? We have an instruction video for that.
  • Did you order a smaller product that will be delivered by bpost or PostNL? To return your package, you can hand it in at a bpost or PostNL point with a label for the following address: Coolblue Recycling Antwoordnummer 60350 5000 VB Tilburg.

Note: you'll have to give us your old product during delivery. Is it not ready for us or do you want to use it a little longer? We can come back on a different day for € 50.

Preparation with installation service

  • We'll take your old product with us from the place you used it in. Even if that's the attic.
  • Make sure to empty, clean, and dry your product. That way, our delivery drivers can transport it safely. Do you need help disconnecting your washing machine or dryer? We have an instruction video for that.
  • Make sure the product is clear from other stuff and appliances. Is the product built into your kitchen? Clear the cabinet next to it, so our delivery drivers can get started right away.

Note: you'll have to give us your old product during delivery. Is it not ready for us or do you want to use it a little longer? We can come back on a different day for € 50.

Do you also build in my product?

Yes, you choose the build-in service on the page of your chosen product or in the shopping cart. You can also see the costs of the extra services there. Isn't there an extra service on the page? Then we don't build in this product.

What services can I expect during the delivery of white goods?

We deliver products up to the threshold that gives access to your home. If that's not on the ground floor, we'll deliver up to the 4th floor. If your building has an elevator, we can reach any floor.

We offer an additional connection service for a number of white goods products. We'll put your product in the desired location and connect it to the supply and drain hoses for you. If we offer this service for your product, you can add this connection service on the product page.

Can I choose a specific delivery time for white goods?

For each product, you can choose the delivery day that suits you best when you place your order. We deliver every day, except Sundays.

For most products that our own delivery service delivers, you can also choose a time slot that suits you best. You have the following options:

  • Morning: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00
  • Afternoon: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00 These time slots cost money to reserve. The costs vary from € 9 to € 39, depending on the delivery day and the delivery time. You can also choose free delivery, of course:
  • All day: delivery between 7:30 and 17:00 You can choose a time slot when you place your order, in the step after your shopping cart. Once your delivery has been scheduled, you can no longer change the time slot.

You can't choose a time slot for smaller packages delivered by one of our delivery partners.

How can I prepare for the delivery of white goods?

Delivery without extra services Do you want us to pick up your old appliance? Put it next to your front door and read our DIY tips on how to place and connect your product.

Delivery with extra connection service Prepare for a safe delivery of your product by following the following rules:

  • Does your product need to be connected to the drain? Check if you have a drain pipe and whether it's at least 15cm long. Is that not the case? Make sure this is resolved before the installation
  • Check whether our delivery driver can fit the product through all doorposts, hallways, and the stairwell. Make sure that the product fits in the installation site.
  • Do you have an old product that we’ll pick up for you? Disconnect it.

Delivery with build-in service Are we going to build-in your product for you? Check before you order:

  • You can check whether the front panel and the existing niche are suitable for your new dishwasher here. Don't have a front panel? Make sure to get one the installation.
  • Make sure your old dishwasher isn't glued to the floor, counter, or adjacent kitchen cabinets.
  • Don't have a supply tap close to the installation site or is it calcified or corroded? Don't have a drain pipe or is it shorter than 15cm? Make sure this is resolved before the installation.
  • Check whether there's electricity already. If not, please contact an electrician before the installation.
  • Check whether our delivery driver can fit the product through all doorposts, hallways, and the stairwell. Make sure that the product fits in the installation site.
  • Clean your old built-in product. We'll take it out for you and we'll take it with us for free if you selected this free service.
