Does Coolblue deliver on Sunday?
We deliver most products on Sunday, except our larger products like washing machines. While you place your order, you can see the available delivery days.
Do you deliver my package at home?
Yes, choose the delivery location that suits you best during placing your order.
How do I recycle my old product?
We take care of the recycling of your old product if you hand it in. You can hand in your product in multiple ways:
- You give your old product to the Coolblue delivery driver when we deliver a new product to you. It's important that the old product has a comparable size and is ready at the front door.
- Visit one of our stores and hand in your old product.
Of course, you can also bring your old electronics to the container park near you.
If I order today, will my order be delivered tomorrow?
When you place your order, you can choose a delivery moment that suits you from the available days. You receive a Track & Trace once we've shipped your package. You can find the current status and delivery time there.
What's the fastest way to get my package?
The fastest way to get your order is to pick it up in the store. On the product page, you can see the stores that have that product in stock. Click the 'Pick up in the store' button and pick it up today.
Is my delivery free?
If you choose the entire day when you order, the delivery is free. If you choose a part of the day, you pay extra for the delivery of your order.
Can I choose a time slot for the delivery of my product?
For small products, you can't choose a specific time slot. For large products delivered by CoolblueDelivers, you can choose a time slot of 4 hours at a fee. Depending on the chosen day and the time slot, you pay extra costs. You choose the time slot while you place your order. You can choose a morning, afternoon, or evening time slot.
Are the pickup points and post offices available?
Most pickup points and post offices are open. When you order via our website, you can see all opening hours of your favorite pickup points.
Do you still deliver orders at home?
Yes. If you choose delivery at home, your package will be delivered to your house.
Can I receive my order today?
If a product is in stock in the store, you can pick it up today. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Click the button 'Pick up in store'.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, Coolblue is active in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. The website on which you order determines where we deliver:
- If you want to have your package delivered in Belgium, you're already at the right place on Coolblue.be.
- If you want to have your package delivered in the Netherlands, go to Coolblue.nl and place your order there.
- If you want to have your package delivered in Germany, go to Coolblue.de and place your order there.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to order a product on our Dutch website and have it delivered in Belgium.
Do you live in a different country like France, and do you want to order with us? We recommend picking up your package yourself in one of our Belgian stores or at a Bpost pickup point.
Can I get my package delivered to a bpost Parcel Locker?
Absolutely. This is how it works:
- In your shopping cart, indicate that you want to pick up your package at a bpost point.
- Select the Parcel Locker near you and place your order.
- Your package will be ready for you on the next working day. You'll receive an email from bpost with a code that allows you to pick it up. Your package will remain there for 5 days.
Unfortunately, you can't pick up pre-orders at bpost. This also goes for large products such as white goods and the largest televisions. Of course, we always show this in your shopping cart.
Can I also pick up my package at a bpost point or Parcel Locker?
Absolutely. In your shopping cart, indicate that you want to pick up your package at a bpost point. Then select the Parcel Locker near you. After you've paid for your order, you can pick it up on the next working day starting at 13:00. Your package will remain at a pickup point for 14 days after the indicated pickup date and 5 days at a Parcel Locker.
Unfortunately, you can't pick up pre-orders at bpost. This also goes for large products such as white goods and the largest televisions. Of course, we always show this in your shopping cart.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes, you can reserve a product online by selecting pickup in store when you place the order.
- If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
- If the product isn't in stock, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
- You can pay for it beforehand or when you pick it up in the store.
