Is my delivery free?
If you choose the entire day when you order, the delivery is free. If you choose a part of the day, you pay extra for the delivery of your order.
How do I get my money back if I return or cancel my order?
You get your money back as CoolblueCredit. Your credit will be in your account within 5 working days. With this, you can buy another eco-friendly product.
Can I pay afterwards?
No, it's not possible to pay afterward (via Klarna, for example). You can defer your payment by paying with a credit card, because the debit happens later.

How do I cancel my order?
You can do this via 'my orders' in My Coolblue. You can only cancel it if your order hasn't left our warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it for free via the online return form.
When can I reach your customer service?
Our customer service is available during the following opening hours:

What does Second Chance mean?
A Second Chance product is a product that has been returned or exchanged by a customer. The product is checked by us and if it's in good condition, we give it a second chance. We'll tell you what's wrong with all Second Chance products. We describe it clearly and show the proof in the photo. That way, you know exactly what to expect.
By offering Second Chance products, we help you and the environment move forward:
- Reduced price: even though there is almost no difference with the brand new product, we offer Second Chance products with a nice discount.
- Go Green: by offering Second Chance products ourselves, we avoid unnecessary disposal and destruction of products.

Can I return my Second Chance product?
Yes, Second Chance products have the same return requirements as new products. You can easily register your return in the online return form.
Can I still change the delivery address of my order?
As soon as you've placed an order, you can't change the delivery address of the order yourself anymore. How you can still change the address depends on the delivery service that delivers your package.
Delivery by bpost
Already received an email that says bpost will deliver your package? Unfortunately, it's too late to change your address. You can make a last-minute decision to get your package delivered to a bpost-point or parcel locker instead of the wrong address. You can do this by adjusting your delivery preferences in your bpost account or via the My bpost app. Note: this trick only works if the delivery driver hasn't started their route yet.
Delivery by Coolblue Contact our customer service to change your address. If your order is already far into the delivery process, the delivery moment might have to be adjusted as well when you change addresses.
