What if I want to submit a complaint?
We'll do everything we can to resolve your complaint. The fastest way is to contact our customer service.
Aren't satisfied with your answer? Go big and address our customer service manager. You can email her (MT-klantenservice@coolblue.be) or send a letter to the address below. You'll get an answer within 3 working days.

Wasn't she able to help you to your satisfaction? You can always submit your complaint to the Consumer Mediaton Service. You can also bring your complaint to the disputes committee via the European ODR Platform.
