Do I have to pay in advance if I want to pick up an order in the store?
You don't have to. While you place your order, you can choose if you want to pay your order in advance or during pickup in the store.
How long will my order remain in the store?
When you place your order, you choose the date on which you want to pick up your product in the store. The product will be in the store for your for 5 days from that day.
How do I know when my order is ready at the store?
We'll send you an email when your order is ready in the store. From that moment, we'll keep the product in the store for you for 5 days. Take this email with you when you visit the store and show it to our employee.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes, you can reserve a product online by selecting pickup in store when you place the order.
- If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
- If the product isn't in stock, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
- You can pay for it beforehand or when you pick it up in the store.
Can I pick up a product in the store if it's temporarily sold out online?
Yes, sometimes a product is still in the store when it's sold out online. You can reserve it, so you know for sure it's still there when you visit. You can pay your order before or during pickup in the store.
How can I pick up my order in the store today?
If a product is in stock, you can reserve it online and pick it up in the store today. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Just click on the button "Pick up in store". Is the product currently out of stock in the nearest store? You can order it and pick it up the next day. You can pay for it in the store.
Can I still pick up orders in the stores?
Yes, you can reserve your product online and pick it up if it's in stock. Isn't the product in stock in the store closest to you? You can reserve it to pick it up the next day. You can pay in the store.
Can someone else pick up my order in the store?
Yes. Once your order is ready for you in the store, you'll receive an email with your order number. Forward this email to the person that'll pick up your order, so they can show it in the store. You can pay your order beforehand or they can pay when they pick it up in the store.
Can I pay extra if I pay with Consumption Passes or EcoCheques in the store?
Yes. If you can't pay the entire amount with your Consumption Passes or EcoCheques, you can pay extra with a second payment method.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, you can pay in cash if you place your order in our store. This is possible up to a limit of € 2999. You can reserve a product online and pay in the store or visit us to place your order. You can find the addresses and opening hours of all our stores here. We don't accept cash payments at the door or at the post office.
My package isn't ready for pickup in the store yet. What can I do?
If your order is delayed, your package will be ready for pickup in the store the next day. You'll receive an email when you can come pick it up. We'll reserve it for you for 5 days. View the opening hours here.
Want to cancel or change your order? You can cancel via My Coolblue. To change your order, contact our customer service.
Is my product ready?

How can I order a product for pickup?
Want to pick up a product in one of our stores? Order it on the website and choose Pickup in store. If it's in stock, you can pick it up right after your order. Is the product not in stock in the store? No problem. If you order it, it's ready for you the next day.
How do I know if a product is in stock in the store?
You can see where a product is in stock on the product page and when you choose your delivery method.
