If the washing machine breaks, we'll repair it or exchange it for a new one within 48 hours. Note: you don't pay off the machine in installments, but you rent it.

Is a subscription a kind of payment in installments?
No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments, but you make a lease payment to Coolblue. Coolblue remains the owner of the product for the duration of the subscription.
What's the minimum term of a subscription?
You always lease the appliance for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from you for free and processes it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
How does the payment for a subscription work?
If you order a product with a subscription, you first pay the one-time costs. These costs vary between € 49 and € 199. After that, you pay a fixed amount per month via automatic withdrawal. The monthly amount differs per product. We'll withdraw the subscription fee around the 27th of each month. You always pay a month in advance.
Do I always receive a new product?
Yes, you always get a new product.
What if my machine breaks?
If the product breaks, you can contact Customer Service. We'll make sure your washing machine or dryer will be repaired or replaced for free within 48 hours. No need to worry about warranty terms and repair costs.
What products do you have subscriptions for?
We currently only offer subscriptions for washing machines, dryers, washer dryer combinations, fridges, dishwashers, and freezers.
