With a dishwasher subscription at Coolblue, you lease a dishwasher starting at € 19.99 per month. This is useful, because you don't have to worry about installing it, warranty, or moving it. Note: you don't pay off the machine in installments, but you lease it.

Is a dishwasher subscription a kind of payment in installments?
No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments, but you make a lease payment to Coolblue. Legally speaking, Coolblue remains the owner of the product for the duration of the subscription.
What is the minimum term of a subscription?
You always lease the dishwasher for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from you for free and processes it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Do you always receive a new product?
Yes, you always get a new product.
How does the payment for a subscription work?
If you order a product with a subscription, you first pay the one-time costs. These costs vary between € 49 and € 199. After that, you pay a fixed amount per month via automatic withdrawal. The monthly amount differs per product. We'll withdraw the subscription fee around the 27th of each month. You always pay a month in advance.
What if my dishwasher breaks?
If the product breaks, you can contact the customer service. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.be or by calling 03 - 80 82 700. We'll make sure it'll be repaired or replaced within 48 hours for free. No need to worry about warranty terms and repair costs.
What products do you have subscriptions for?
We currently only offer subscriptions for washing machines, dryers, washer dryer combinations, fridges, dishwashers, and freezers.

With a subscription, you always have a working product. Does it break? Within 48 hours, you'll receive a new one or we'll arrange a repair.
