What's a freezer subscription?

With a freezer subscription at Coolblue, you lease a freezer starting at € 14.99 per month. This is useful, because you don't have to worry about installing it and the warranty. Note: you don't pay off the machine in installments, but you lease it.

Is a freezer subscription a kind of payment in installments?

No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments, but you make a lease payment to Coolblue. Legally speaking, Coolblue remains the owner of the product for the duration of the subscription.

What's the minimum term of a subscription?

You always lease the freezer for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from you for free and process it in an environmentally-friendly manner.

Do you always receive a new product?

Yes, you always get a new product.

How does the payment for a subscription work?

If you order a product with a subscription, you first pay the one-time costs. These costs vary between € 49 and € 199. After that, you pay a fixed amount per month via automatic withdrawal. The monthly amount differs per product. We'll withdraw the subscription fee around the 27th of each month. You always pay a month in advance.

What if my freezer breaks?

If the freezer is broken, you can contact the customer service. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.be or by calling 03 - 80 82 700. We'll repair or replace the product for free within 48 hours, so you don't have to worry about warranty terms and repair costs.

What products do you have subscriptions for?

We currently only offer subscriptions for washing machines, dryers, washer dryer combinations, fridges, dishwashers, and freezers.
