Is a washer dryer combination subscription a kind of payment in installments?
No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments, but you make a lease payment to Coolblue. Coolblue remains the owner of the product for the duration of the subscription.
What is the minimum term of a subscription?
You always lease the washer dryer combination for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from your home for free and processes it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Do you always receive a new product?
Yes, you always get a new product.
How does the payment for a subscription work?
If you order a product with a subscription, you first pay the one-time costs. These costs vary between € 49 and € 199. After that, you pay a fixed amount per month via automatic withdrawal. The monthly amount differs per product. We'll withdraw the subscription fee around the 27th of each month. You always pay a month in advance.
What if my washer dryer combination breaks?
If the washer dryer combination is broken, you can contact the customer service. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.be or by calling 03 - 80 82 700. We'll repair or replace the product for free within 48 hours, so you don't have to worry about warranty terms and repair costs.
