According to our dock for laptops expert
The I-tec Metal 8-in-1 USB-C Dual HDMI Dock 100W PD is a small docking station you can take anywhere. You can easily connect up to 2 monitors to your laptop via HDMI, so you can work with multiple monitors at the same time. You can reach a maximum resolution of 4K at 60Hz, so you enjoy razor-sharp images. Does your laptop support Power Delivery? You can also use the dock to charge your laptop while you work. The dock has all ports you need for a productive work day. Connect your accessories via the USB ports and listen to your favorite music with your wired headphones. With an Ethernet cable, you ensure a stable wired internet connection. Because the dock is light and small, you can easily bring this dock with you from the office to another workplace.
This docking station works on all laptops with a USB-C cable that transmits a video signal. This is how you check if your laptop has a suitable USB-C port.

A working device in itself, and a lot cheaper than the top Bluelink model that I also have. It saves a hundred euros. But... if you buy a docking that can deliver 100W of power through the USB, you don't expect to have to spend a significant amount of money to actually deliver that 100W. You have to buy a separate USB-C charger to connect to it. You can only use your laptop charger for this if it happens to be USB-C, which is the case with Chromebooks, but not with HP Laptops. A little charger with power costs you so much that you would have been better off buying the Bluelink. Furthermore, it works, but with some resistance. If your laptop falls asleep and wakes up again, it takes a very long time for the docking to come into action. This is not the case with the more expensive ones, where it happens completely immediately.
