The machine works fine, the dishes come out clean. You can really fit a lot in the bottom basket. The middle basket also fits quite a bit, we just think that this basket is very preformed. There is no flat part, everything is sloping and it is always quite a bit of puzzling where to put something. Fortunately, the upper cutlery basket is adjustable in 2 heights, so meat tongs, gravy spoons and other items that are not too high fit (just not pan lids). A major disadvantage and also not smart of Atag is the design of the plastic handles on the baskets. These run exactly horizontally, which means that an unnecessary amount of water always remains on these parts. These large droplets/puddles dry slowly and therefore the water falls on your dry dishes when you clean them out. A very big plus of this machine is the quite long inlet and outlet hoses that are attached to the machine. Not all brands have this. This allowed me to connect it without extension hoses to the supply and drain, which are at least a meter further on the wall. The installation was quite easy to do yourself, but the use of the Velcro tape between the front panel and the machine door causes the front panel to warp slightly when tightening the screws (pay attention to this and remove the Velcro if necessary). The light that should emerge from under the front panel is extendable. This requires an extreme amount of force, so you start to doubt whether this is possible. It is best to insert two sharp points (from scissors or screwdrivers) on both sides and then wiggle forward. The light can protrude a maximum of about 18mm. I think the lighting in the machine is less good. It provides sufficient light but you have to make an effort. There are 2 settings, the light lights up continuously when the door is open or it only lights up when you switch on the machine with the on/off button. I actually want the light to come on for a few minutes when I open the door wide, but there is no such choice. The option to pop the door open when the machine is ready is great. This also dries the dishes faster when you are not at home. I thought the fan in the door helped dry the dishes, but it doesn't do anything for this at all. Apparently it is only for preventing unpleasant odors. There are plastic handles with arrows at the very bottom, but nowhere in the manual does it say what the purpose of this is.
