A Samsung tablet with 32GB storage is very limited. This storage fills up quickly, so you often have to delete photos. Choose at least a tablet with 64GB. You can save more files and apps, but we still don't recommend this. A tablet with a 64GB storage capacity is only suitable for basic use. When you only use your tablet for internet and if you have few apps or photos, this is enough. Think about what you want to do with your tablet before you choose a low storage.

We advise to choose a Samsung tablet with at least 128GB storage. You'll have enough space for multiple photos, videos, and apps. You can install many apps on your tablet. It's also possible to download a few episodes of your favorite series without problems, without your tablet filling up.

With 256 and 512GB, you can store many files on your Samsung tablet. That's why it's suitable for intensive use. When you use your tablet for work or school, we advise to buy at least 256GB storage. This way, you can easily store your presentations or documents. With 512GB, your tablet won't fill up soon. You can store 200,000 photos or 120 hours of HD videos, for example.

Not only your files and apps take up storage space. That's why your tablet never has the exact same storage as what it says on the box. That's because the Android operating system also uses storage. Keep that in mind when you buy a tablet. It's better to choose for more storage, so you won't have a full tablet soon.

You can expand the internal memory of a Samsung tablet with a memory card. This way, you can store even more files. We do recommend you still choose a tablet with enough internal memory. That's because the tablet slows down when the internal memory fills up.
