Beats both 1 egg white and large quantities without any problems. Kneading bread dough is also fine for me with the supplied dough hook. In response to one of the other comments, I was afraid that I would have to order a separate spiral kneader, but here kneading goes without problems. The device also stands well and does not go for a walk. What I do miss is a light that shines in the bowl, especially in these dark days. And also a pity: there is no handle on the bowl. If you have a little dirty hands, it can sometimes be difficult to get the bowl off. But apart from these 2 minor points: very satisfied!
