What a great device! It beats, mixes and kneads wonderfully. From eggs and whipped cream, to cake batter and pizza or bread dough, moist banana bread, quite dry and firm fruit-oat cookie dough and much more! Although in the beginning it takes some time to find out what works best with which beater.

It has a finely adjustable speed with 6 settings. While beating/kneading you can add ingredients via the lockable opening in the splash cover, so that you do not have to turn it off and open it completely. The edge of that opening is slightly tapered outwards on the splash screen. That is convenient to use, but less convenient when storing, because it protrudes a bit and such a plastic splash screen is somewhat more vulnerable than the rest of the solid device. When fully opened, the top clicks 'locked', so that it remains nice and firm and open and you have your hands free to put something in or out.

It is also quite stable when it is spinning and does not move around easily.

A friend who loves baking said; the disadvantage is that such a kitchen mixer does not work well with small quantities. Well, this charming size does, it can even beat the egg white of just 1 egg into beautiful firm peaks. It has a nice slim, tapered bowl that is high enough not to scatter everything around, but small enough at the bottom to function well even with little content. It can also handle smaller quantities of batter and dough well, and it is therefore not such a big monster to store. Okay, it remains a large device, but it is a bit smaller than many other mixers of this type. In terms of storage, the handle is really super handy. Because it is really a solid and therefore somewhat heavier device that is so much easier to move.

For people who love baking, an asset to the kitchen, a solid device with a slightly more charming size.
