With the Philips HR3041/00, you can take your juice on the go thanks to the to-go cup and lid. That's useful if you want a healthy smoothie for at the office or after your workout. Thanks to the high 1200W power, you can mix hard ingredients or multiple preparations in a row. You can also easily mix thick mixtures with the included pestle, like hummus or a nut butter. Thanks to the heat-resistant glass pitcher, you can even make hot sauces and soups. The pitcher has a 1.5L capacity. In it, you can make juice for about 7 to 8 glasses. You can choose from 3 different speed settings. With the pulse function, the result is extra smooth. After use, you can clean the separate parts in the dishwasher.

Poor technical design

  • Bottom comes loose!
The bottom of this blender is really shaped like a pancake. If it is not stuck solid, the bottom gives enough space to come loose. The direction of rotation of the blade and the direction of rotation to unscrew the bottom are the same. So if there is too much pressure on the bottom, it will turn itself loose. Then the entire contents of your blender will lie on your counter.

  • Handling could be better recorded in the manual, not many tips are given in this regard on the recommended accompanying app either.
Solid Blender, easy to handle. The glass jug is very solid, but therefore also on the heavy side. Making a smoothie with ice cream, frozen fruit and yogurt works well, but it does require some dexterity by using the supplied stirring rod so that everything is properly distributed in the blender. Then a very creamy smoothie comes out.
