With the JBL Clip 5 Black, you can bring your music everywhere. The carabiner is wider than that of the Clip 4. This allows you to attach it to larger bags, so you can be sure you don't forget it. The speaker has a 12-hour battery life. This allows you to listen to music the entire day. Want to listen for longer, but don't have a charger at hand? Turn on Playtime Boost in the JBL Portable app and extend the battery life by 3 hours. The speaker has an IP67 certification, which means it's water-resistant and dustproof. This means you can take the speaker with you to the beach or pool without problems. If you have a second Clip 5, you can connect it to the speaker via Auracast for a more powerful sound.

Nice handy box for that

I think it is a great speaker, but for better sound quality I would go for the flip I think it will give a slightly better sound. The hook on the clip 5 is really great, especially on the water in the boat, it can't get lost, that's a real plus.
