The Bosch EasyHegdeCut 45 is the twin brother of the Bosch AHS 45-16. The handle of this 420W electric hedge trimmer comes is a different color. And the 45cm blade has sharp, diamond knives. As a result, you can trim 16mm thick branches. This makes the hedge trimmer suitable for more delicate hedges, such as a boxwood or Japanese Holly. Unlike the Bosch model I had before, this hedge trimmer does not have a safety device that ensures that the blades immediately stop when you release the switch. I don't understand why security has been cut back. If I had known that in advance I would have bought a different brand.

Version with blade 50 was a bit too short in my opinion, it also feels a bit out of balance and ensures that your forearm is more heavily loaded when shaving slightly higher hedges. The power could be a little more for the thicker branches. Otherwise a great light device that feels high quality. I trade it in for the 70 version with higher power which probably better suits my needs.
