Tunturi Handheld Massager

I use the device for both relaxing my muscles and loosening deep muscle knots. If my muscles are very sensitive, the lowest setting is ideal, but if I want to loosen knots deep in my muscles, I use the most intense setting. My back and shoulders are less easy to reach myself, but with a little practice that will work out too.

Build up of intensity The first time I used the device, I expected a heavier intensity. Fortunately, there are 20 different modes to choose from, so I was able to increase the speed in small increments. The lowest intensity didn't do much for me, but between steps 10 and 20 I could feel my muscles loosening up nicely. Some days you need a heavier massage than other days and that works well with this device. However, the heaviest intensity of mine could have been a bit heavier. If you regularly exercise intensively, this device may not do enough for you.

Nice touch screen A big plus in my opinion is the touchscreen. I didn't have to press hard and the device responds very quickly to the touch. You can also see exactly which intensity setting you are on and I simply changed the setting during the massage with the plus and minus button.

Grip on the handle As soon as I picked up the device it felt very stable. The handle is quite thick, which made it easy for me to hold it tightly. The only drawback of the straight handle is that it is less easy to reach your back and shoulders because you have to move your arm at awkward angles. With a little practice it eventually went well, but it does take some time.

Different attachments I started the massage with the large round attachment and I also liked this one the best. At times when I really had to loosen deep knots in my muscles, I used the pointed attachments. You can change this very smoothly by pulling the attachment from the device and clicking the new one on it. At first I was afraid to lose the small pieces, but luckily a sturdy case is included that can hold everything.
