The choice to order from Coolblue was partly thanks to the service that allowed me to immediately return my old combi microwave. That turned out a bit differently: It was delivered by PostNL and the delivery person said that it had to be in a box with a return label. I checked the Coolblue site again and this only applies to "smaller kitchen appliances". I think of a blender or kettle... My old combination microwave is about 25 years old, a whopper of a thing and weighs 35kg(!). I can't just put it in a box... Coolblue; make it clear what you mean by a 'smaller' device!

The combination microwave works fine, but one thing really disappointed me: I looked at the specs and there was a 31.5cm turntable. Great, a 30cm pizza fits on that. Unfortunately, the grille appears to be only 27cm! Placing the pizza slightly over the edge is also not possible because the high legs of the grill (which you do not use for a pizza) stick up. Please note that you can place a maximum plate of only 22.5 cm on the grid between the raised legs. Who comes up with something like that? I have now ordered a separate 'normal' grille elsewhere. So you might want to see if there is an alternative with two normal grilles; 1 low and 1 high, such a combination grille is really unworkable.
