We've only had this washing machine for about a week, so we haven't built up much experience with it yet. It took some time to find the right programs. With the help of ChatGTP, I created a nice, customized overview for everyone in the family. We bought this washing machine hoping it would last a long time and be very quiet. Of course, the first thing's for sure. But it is definitely very, very quiet. You barely hear a thing in the next room. The wool program is also excellent; despite a much gentler treatment, everything still came out quite dry. The installation by Coolblue went super smoothly and professionally, as always. The app was a bit of a fiddly affair, and apparently, according to Miele, my husband isn't allowed to do laundry. Aside from that minor issue, it's a great help.
