Lenovo Idea Tab Pro 12.7 inches 256GB WiFi Gray Matte Screen with Stylus

The matte screen really makes a difference. It gives a calmer image for my eyes and gives almost no reflection. When writing and navigating, the matte screen gives a paper feeling which works a lot more pleasant and realistic than the regular screens. In terms of performance, the tablet performs well. It remains a pity that some Android apps have fewer functionalities than, for example, IOS, but that is compensated for by the very friendly price. In the short time that I have been using the tablet, I have noticed that the digital Google keyboard regularly stutters and freezes. Very annoying when working and I have not yet been able to find out what causes this.

I was able to test this tablet for a few weeks and I really liked it. The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Matte Edition offers impressive specifications for its price and looks good. The 12.7-inch high-resolution screen makes for a pleasant user experience, while the 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM are more than enough for most tasks. The Mediatek 8300+ processor is nice and fast, and with a battery capacity of 10,200 mAh you can work for a long time without worrying about charging. The metal casing also feels sturdy and premium, the logo could have been a bit smaller for me. The stylus works well, but feels a bit light and cheap, but for this price it is fine. A striking feature of this tablet is the matte screen, which has both advantages and disadvantages. The matte screen prevents annoying reflections and makes the device ideal for use in brightly lit environments or even outside in the sun. This makes it great for reading, writing or productive work, for example. It really comes close to an e-reader feel, especially with the dedicated reading filter on. However, the matte finish also brings a slight graininess, which is especially noticeable on white backgrounds, and the colors are less vibrant in dark environments. I would still prefer a glossy screen for entertainment purposes. Nevertheless, this is a tablet with excellent value for money that is hard to match.

A matte screen is a big plus point, so no annoying reflection. With the pen it is super handy for drawing and writing. And responds quickly. All in all a super nice tablet
