With the BlackVue DR970X-2CH Plus 4K UHD Dash Cam 128GB, you can capture your car ride. You receive a front and rear camera. With this, you can record both the lanes in front of you and behind you. That's useful as proof when someone hits you in the rear. Thanks to the wide 146-degree image angle, you can also record the lanes next to you. This way, you always have a clear overview of all the traffic around you. The dash cam has a large Sony Starvis 2 image sensor. With this, you can make bright recordings in the dark with little noise. Details are clearly visible, such as license plates or traffic signs. There's a 128GB memory card in this set. You can store the footage of your car rides on there when you drive an entire day. You can connect the dash cam to the BlackVue app via WiFi. This way, you can watch the footage via your smartphone. You can only do this when you're near the dash cam.

High image quality, Product composition could be better.

6 years ago I bought my first 4HD 2channels Blackvue and it broke 2 to 3 weeks ago. I just bought a new one and installed it. The disadvantage is that you have an SD card (256 GB) and for an expensive additional price you get an SD card (64GB) that you don't use. Image quality has increased significantly compared to 6 years ago. The disadvantage is that the new one broke within 2 weeks. Now I assume that it is a Monday morning product and that the replacement will last at least 6 years. Blackvue makes good cameras but could pay more attention to: - SD card costs, very expensive - Cloud subscription is continuously pushed in the app. Refusing that cloud subscription once should be enough. I have a NAS and it works fine. - I am concerned about the reliability of the new version. Broken within 2 weeks does not inspire confidence.
