I am generally very happy with the device. It is my first robot vacuum cleaner and I have been using it for two weeks now. Due to poor health, I bought it, vacuuming myself is not feasible at the moment. It is very nice that a device takes over the heavy work for you. Easy to assemble, the app is pleasant to use and clear. It makes a floor plan the first time and it does this very accurately. Then I did the first test rounds. I put all the extension cords aside, cleared the floor, etc. I discovered that it kept turning circles under my bed (perhaps because of the height), so I set it under my bed as a forbidden zone. It now passes neatly there. It is a bit of a hassle the first few times with setting the zone precisely, but it is great that it is possible. I have now set 3 forbidden zones. I advise you to do this during the day the first few times you use it, where you stay, so that you can keep an eye on the things mentioned above. Then you can set scenarios, I am going to start with that now. Then, with 1 tap of the button, it will do exactly what you have set in advance. Vacuuming, mopping, or both at the same time, which rooms and which not, and so on. While it is cleaning, you can see exactly which route it takes and what it has and has not done (yet). It drives itself back to the station (adjustable in the settings) when it has to empty the dust and wash/dry the mops (it charges itself at the same time). It also announces when it is going to do this. It also indicates when the water needs to be changed (and I think also when the dust container needs to be emptied, but this has not happened to me yet). While emptying the dust, it makes a lot of noise for about 20 seconds. Very logical, but I did notice that it is nice that I have the station in my office (and therefore not living space). An experience from the last few days: it occasionally falters, then it seems as if it does not know its position properly, then it seems not to be going well for a moment. It also doesn't respond immediately when I tell it to go back to home base. I haven't figured out why yet. I just turned the device upside down for the first time and cleaned the brushes. I saw a huge amount of hair stuck. That might have something to do with it. Fortunately, cleaning it was pretty self-explanatory, how to detach the parts and I cut the hair away with scissors. I also went over the entire device with a dry cloth, so that everything should (continue to) work properly again. It was really nice that Coolblue sent an email about this a few days after purchase (tips for maintenance and articles about it), that makes it accessible to me. An expensive device? Yes. Would I have bought it if I could vacuum myself? No, not in my circumstances and for my budget. Of course, it doesn't clean like a human would. Am I happy with it? Yes. It does its job well and since I can't do it myself, I still have a clean floor and I'm very happy with that.
