Quick installation When I received the scale, I found it very heavy. In the end that wasn't surprising, because he's super smart. The installation of the scale was also quick. Great, because I don't have the patience to read extremely long manuals.

Download the app and first measurement For the first measurement, I first have to download the app and follow the step-by-step plan for installation. Then I connected it via Bluetooth to my phone, which was also super fast. I was then able to step on the scale straight away. All measurements were received within a minute. I really liked that I could immediately see it on the scale. After the measurement, I took a closer look at the results on my phone.

Track health in the app The app measures all data, from body composition and fat percentage to heart rate, BMI and nerve health. I find it very motivating to see where exactly the largest muscle mass is located. Thanks to the segmental measurement, I can see this per body part. This way I can be sure that exercising will pay off. After these measurements I can also work in a more targeted manner, by building more muscle in the places where the most fat is currently located.

I think the only disadvantage of the app is that there are many different menus. I often end up with the same measurements again. Due to the many menus and click options, it is sometimes unclear where I am. This also makes it harder for me to find some very specific measurements, because I have to scroll through the menus.

It was easy to use. Fits neatly into the Withings app that was already in use. Doubtful about sustainability

I had read in online reviews that the ECG function does not work for everyone, so it was a gamble to order this more expensive scale. Fortunately, that gamble paid off well. If you follow the instructions carefully, the measurements will work fine. The scale now makes an ECG every day within one minute. The app is very user-friendly and provides a lot of information. It is an expensive device, but you get something in return.
