Very good product

The mixer looks like it was made by someone who doesn't work in a kitchen. If you make a protein smoothie 3 times a day, you would have to run the dishwasher 3 times because cleaning by hand is almost impossible. Brushes don't fit and fingers get injured. The motor is fine and the exterior is nice but not very functional. When used in a plastic (measuring) cup, the sharp stainless steel bottom of the mixer scrapes plastic particles from this cup. I will have to buy a glass cup to avoid microplastics. I bought it with a gift voucher to replace a much cheaper German supermarket version of 600W. The price/quality ratio and its functionality are much better, as is the cleaning. Less nice and solid. This Bosch mixer is fine for someone who uses it sporadically and then not in plastic cups!

When I unpacked the hand blender, my first impression was very positive. The design is sleek and modern, and the use of stainless steel gives it a premium look. Cleaning is a lot easier than with many other hand blenders, which is a big plus. The handle is also well designed: pressing down hard on it makes the blades spin faster, which in theory makes for a more efficient mixing experience.

In practice, however, I did encounter a few drawbacks. With this hand blender, an air bubble gets stuck in the head, which makes it difficult to suck in ingredients properly. This problem is especially noticeable when there is little mass in the cup. With other hand blenders that I have used before, there were holes in the head, and now I understand why: those holes help to regulate airflow and make mixing smoother.

All in all, I am still satisfied with the device, but it would be nice if the air bubble problem were solved in the future. The design and functionality are fine, but mixing smaller quantities could still use some improvement.
