Very good. Smooth buttons (very quiet!). And pleasant scrolling when you put it in the 'open' position instead of the 'ratchet' position. Very accurate and sensitive (be careful: touching the scroll wheel in the 'open' position can 'just' cause you to scroll accidentally). Connection via Bluetooth is quickly arranged (with Windows 10) and stable. I have not yet tried the other connection with a receiver, but it is often at least as easy and stable. Scrolling sideways with the wheel is also nice. The size could have been a bit larger and it is not a standout in ergonomics, but it works well for me. I can work comfortably with it.
