Description
With the Weber Lumin Black with Underframe, you can grill at a nice working height for about 6 people at the same time. This electric barbecue has a collapsible underframe that you can easily move around in the garden, or that you can take it with you to the campsite. You can grill both directly and indirectly, so you can prepare many different kinds of dishes. For example, you can roast meat at a maximum temperature of 315°C, or use the steam reservoir to steam vegetables. Use the smoke infusion setting and add smoking sawdust to the smoke reservoir for an authentic barbecue smoke flavor. The lid retains heat and ensures a good heat distribution. You can keep an eye on the temperature via the thermometer on the lid of the Lumin with underframe.

Nice BBQ, but the thermostat is a disaster. There is far too much bandwidth between switching off and on again. Approx. 100 K (measured). This means that when the correct temperature is reached, the BBQ practically switches off and cools down and only reaches temperature again after 10 minutes. Sometimes it overshoots, resulting in flames. Actually not usable. My first copy has already been exchanged for a new one free of charge (good service from Weber!), but it has the same problem. Apparently a product feature.
