The DJI Mini 3 Fly More Combo + Remote Controller is a complete set for the novice drone pilot. With the Remote Controller, you control the drone. With 1 fully charged battery and with optimal flight conditions, you can make a flight of 38 minutes. The 2 extra batteries extend the flight time of your drone by 76 minutes. Thanks to the light 249g weight, you can easily take the drone with you. You can fold it to a compact size of 6.2 x 9 x 14.8cm.

Image quality and functions

You can record smooth images in 4K resolution at 30 fps. This is useful, if you record yourself while exercising. Videos have a large dynamic range and realistic colors when you record in HDR. You can even see details in dark shadows this way, for example. If you record videos for social media, you can make vertical recordings thanks to the True Vertical Shooting function. The gimbal rotates by 90 degrees in this mode, so you can capture vertical recordings without quality loss that are suitable for sharing via Instagram or TikTok afterwards.

Functions

You can set different recording modes via the app, such as the Circle function. With this function, the drone moves in a circle. That's useful, if you're recording yourself. It has 3-axis image stabilization, which reduces shocks and vibrations in your videos. Thanks to the obstacle detection at the bottom, the drone prevents collisions, for example with a lamppost. It can withstand wind gusts of up to 38km/h.

Laws and regulations

From 2021, new European drone legislation applies. This means that a drone pilot must register if he or she has a drone that weighs more than 250g or that has a camera. You will receive an operator number that you visibly attach to your drone. This drone weighs less than 250g, so you don't need a drone course for this. You do have to register the drone and request an operator number.
