You can enjoy your setup for a long time with the Gigabyte Z690 UD. That UD stands for Ultra Durable, which means this ATX motherboard has a sturdier base. In addition, this motherboard has reinforced power connectors, so the supply stays stable in case of a heavy workload. The LGA1700 socket and Z690 chip set are made for use with a 12th generation Intel processor and your current DDR4 RAM. As a result, you can combine your new CPU with your current RAM modules. You can install up to 128GB RAM in the motherboard, combined with 3 M.2 SSDs that you place in the PCIe 4.0 slots for a super fast data transfer. The thermal design of this motherboard includes heatsinks, thermal pads, and copper heat pipes. That way, your components stay properly cooled and you can keep your focus on the game, even when things are getting heated.
