Description
The Garmin Instinct 2 Graphite is an ideal watch for outdoor sports enthusiasts. For example, keep track of your mountain bike data. The watch is resistant to extreme temperatures and shockproof. You can also dive up to a 100m depth. With the VO2 max reading, you can also accurately keep track of you physical health. The Garmin Instinct also provides insight in your recovery time after your workout. That way, you know if you're ready for a new workout or need more rest. The watch even measures your fitness age, which calculates if your body is older than your actual age. The watch has a built-in GPS receiver, so you don't have to take your smartphone with you to track your route. The watch also tracks your health, like your stress level and sleep quality. You can view incoming notifications on the watch, so you're always up-to-date. You also can't make contactless payments with this watch, which is possible with the Solar models. This watch lasts up to 50 days in smartwatch mode.
This watch is recommended for a 17 to 19cm wrist circumference.
