Actually a very good and versatile machine, but on two counts a serious insufficient as far as I'm concerned. The two speeds are a huge limitation and then the lowest speed is also much too fast. It is impossible to work at a somewhat low speed, which is occasionally necessary for citrus press, batter and dough making, for example. Then there is the enormous noise it makes, in addition to the noise it makes at the lowest speed.
