Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 Deep Space Black

I was looking for a speaker to take with me on a trip: not too big, not too heavy, with an acceptable sound quality. The JBL Flip 4 came in the right direction, but couldn't quite charm me with its somewhat dull sound. Based on the review of the Wonderboom 2 (what ridiculous names are all of them) in WhatHifi, I ordered this one for comparison. And I was immediately sold: nice, balanced build-up of the range; no exaggerated bass, just as it should be. Sparkling mid and high. But especially the detailing is great. This is a speaker that really makes me happy and with which I immediately wanted to rediscover all my favorite music. Never thought that would be possible in this price range and with the limitations on size and weight. I just think the design is lame. The JBLs look better. But on the other hand, a less attractive appearance when traveling is also an advantage...

Very good sound from such a relatively small speaker. Battery lasts at least the mentioned 13 hours. Speaker is easy to connect to mobile or tablet. Also looks nice!

I have this bluetooth speaker in my kitchen or study and play some music on it while cooking or hanging the laundry. You can easily place it somewhere, connecting is a snap so you'll be listening to music or podcast in no time.

Only drawback, the steps in which the volume can be adjusted are quite large. So if the sound is just too soft, I often find it just too loud. Otherwise very satisfied. The battery life is also nice and long, we charge the thing about once a month.
