The shock absorption in the walking surface prevents you from putting too much strain on your joints. The treadmill has 38 preset training programs, so you have a great deal of options. If you connect the X7i to iFit via Bluetooth, you can go on an interactive run across landscapes around the world. The incline will adapt automatically when the route becomes more steep. You can monitor your heart rate during exercise by holding on to the sensors at the front.
Note: chances are big that the treadmill can't be placed in the desired location due to its size and weight.
