Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB Black

Very satisfied with this device, everything works as expected. Super fast, very good battery, great screen, nice design. No downsides encountered so far.

I bought the S10 after watching reviews on YouTube. There was a very good battery life, fantastic screen combined with the new Samsung OneUI. Of course, the device also looks very nice and has a certain name recognition. By chance a second chance was available and I decided to give Samsung a chance. Unfortunately, there is little positive to say outside the screen. The long battery life only applies to the Snapdragon version and not the international Exynos version. Moreover, Samsung has still not learned to make a duplicate of all existing Google apps. You used to be able to deactivate this, but it no longer appears. It is true that the device contains many features such as a good camera, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, waterproof, etc. But in the end, if your battery is empty with only 2 or 3 hours of screen time. And this is not even with battery intensive apps. I don't think the next one will be a Samsung after all. If you often change smartphones then it is worth considering, otherwise there are other models on the market that cause less frustration. Or at least buy the Snapdragon version. @Coolblue: please at least clean the device properly if there is a second chance. I understand that it is cheaper and that the packaging has been opened, but I did not expect dust and fingerprints on a device with the description as new.

I moved from J5 to S10. In that sense, phone capabilities are much better ofc, including design, speed, screen quality and camera. Because you can find all the pros on the internet, below I will only focus on the cons based on my experience when running with both J5 and S10 in parralel. I still do not find the IS as good as I expected, taking into account my kids and photos/videos when they move and run around. And the main reason I moved to S10 is the camera because of my kids etc... I have to point out the battery life, which overall in practice appears to be worse than at J5. I never had battery at 2% level by the end of the day with J5, which happened already two times in a short period of time that I own S10 (I basically use the same applications which I transferred from J5 to the S10!!) . I have feeling that I am doing something wrong, just so poor battery performance. All saving options are on, yet... Another point where S10 struggles compared to my old J5 is to find and connect to the WiFi network when signal is somewhat on a lower side. While J5 finds and connects instantly, S10 may not find it at all or takes ages to find the network. This is based on my 2 weeks experience by using both phones in parallel. I also did not realize, but I have bought duo sim while I cannot combine second sim and micro SD card, which was described as a negative of S10 plus but not S10 (coolblue comparison of the two phones which made me go for S10 and not S10 plus!!!!). Thus, I have to make choice between the 2nd sim card and SD card which was not the case with J5 for example. I found the price a way too high in Belgium compared to Greece or Holland for example. Difference 120-150 Euros.
