Siemens EQ9+ S300 TI923309RW

I've been using the device for a few weeks now, and quite frankly, I'm quite disappointed. First of all, what a beautiful machine, but what a whopper it is! It barely fits on my counter, and I don't have a small kitchen. What I regret is that the water tank has to be grabbed at the back to be able to take it out, this requires quite a lot of free space on both sides of the device, because there must be room on the other side to put the milk container in and to click out. With my old device I could slide the water tank forward, which I find much more convenient. Installation was easy with the manual included. Although deploying the water filter was quite a struggle. I normally use a separate Brita jug, and would do that again after this filter has been used, I think this is way too much hassle. Then I started making coffee, and that was quite disappointing. I really expected a lot more from such a pricey device, from a reputable brand. First of all, I find the coffee, even at the maximum temperature, quite lukewarm. And the coffee varieties with milk are even less hot. Also, half of the times I wanted to make cappuccino or latte macchiato, the milk wasn't sucked up properly from the reservoir, so only a lot of steam came out. I click the milk container firmly, but it seems that it is not at the right height, when I put it on, it drops slightly, and I find that strange. I also find the foam that this machine makes, not much, and also not that sturdy. Really expected more. I also think the function of blowing through before your milk comes into your cup is a good idea, but not really nice. When you see how much water is added to your coffee… a lot! first some drips, and then the steam shot, this is really quite a lot together, and I don't really want all of it in my coffee. All in all, I'm still not convinced by this device. I was so looking forward to a fully automatic machine, no longer having to froth the milk myself, but I am disappointed, the coffee is too lukewarm, the milk is not warm, and the foam is too soft. Unfortunately!

Simply delicious coffee. Beautiful and easy to operate device

Super device that makes really nice cups of coffee in different variants, you can also set your own profile on it, so that's really easy. Friends and family also really like the coffee, especially the variations that come out of it are very much appreciated. Purely putting a mug with warm milk was still a challenge, the milk didn't come out too warm unfortunately
