I have been using this soundbar for a few days now and so far I am very satisfied. My living room is not very big and the sound is fine for that. There is no heavy bass, although I personally like a heavier bass, I do think the neighbors appreciate it, so this soundbar is definitely recommended in an apartment/studio! The buttons are embedded and they are a bit difficult to use at first, but that said, you almost don't need the buttons. My TV has HDMI ports with arc, so the supplied optical cable is no longer necessary, only an HDMI connection is sufficient. If you connect the soundbar to the TV with HDMI, the soundbar will turn on as soon as you turn on the TV. Volume up/down is also done via the TV remote control, so you don't actually need the soundbar's remote control. The soundbar is also easy to connect to your MP3/iPhone via Bluetooth so that you can also listen to your music. Definitely recommended this device given the quality of the sound and simplicity of use.
