Robust milk frother after quickly wearing out two from another brand. Look out! The people who complain about the rotor getting stuck: Jura reports that the rotor has to be replaced every six months because it becomes too magnetic. And then won't run anymore. These rotors are for sale for 6 euros at the coffee factory, among others.

After 6 weeks the wheel often didn't start anymore and I had to dip my fingers in the milk to get it going. This happened more and more, the device hummed louder and became sluggish. After 6 months the device stopped working completely. I bought it because I have had the predecessor of this Jura for many years, but I am very disappointed in this new version.

Exchanged the first one because it didn't turn, started running and made a sharp noise. Second copy also makes a lot of noise, with smaller amounts of milk for 1 person regularly no foam formation. Takes a very long time before foam or milk is at the right temperature. Had two other (cheaper) milk frothers before, which were much better.
