Description

It's fun to have a large lawn up to 1600m², but it's no joke maintaining it. With the Robomow RS615u, maintenance becomes much simpler. You install the perimeter wire just the once, set up the mowing program, and your robot lawn mower gets started. Use the free Robomow App to make adjustments while it's working. This app is connected to the robot lawn mower via Bluetooth. Its maximum range depends on the orientation of the robot lawn mower (front, left, right, or back) and is up to 10 to 25 meters. The robot has a floating mower deck, which allows it to mow evenly on uneven surfaces as well. The two sharp blades, and the collision, tilt, and lift sensors ensure it works effectively and safely as well.

My experience has NOTHING to do with Coolblue (which is excellent), but EVERYTHING to do with ROBOMOW'S POOR SERVICE! The Robomow mower (RS615) has functioned well for 1 season. I didn't understand what people were complaining about. But then the problems started. Endless calls on the phone with the (only available during office hours, so you have to take time off) Robomow helpdesk, sending the mower in (a drama, because you have to arrange a box yourself for this heavy, large device, they were supposed to pick up the mower, but I turned out to have to deliver the mower), 'repair' the mower, to no avail, call again, reinstall the app, which doesn't seem to communicate. NO ONE from the Robomow organization available who really cares about this. Hope you never get anything with your Robomow, for you are at the mercy of the gods.

  • outdated manual in the box (the narrow passage setup was adjusted in the meantime)
Our 'max' (name chosen by the children) has been saving me 2 hours of mowing work for a few weeks now. Now it's a pleasure when we come home from work and the lawn is trimmed ... The perimeter wire installation takes some time to adjust the edges of the mowing, but is not difficult at all. There is enough material in the box to do that properly. The Robomow service desk is very friendly and helped me quickly with a problem with our narrow, long passage. Apparently the fix for this in the manual was out of date and they emailed me an update. Recommended !!!
