Wileyfox Swift 2+ Blue

I hesitated for a long time between the Moto G5, Asus Zenfone 3 max 5.2, Wileyfox Swift 2x and the Wileyfox Swift 2+. Since Wileyfox is an unknown brand and there was some uncertainty about the transition from Cyanogen to Android, I hesitated for a month before buying the phone. In the end I chose the Swift 2+ because of the 32 GB storage capacity, the latest version of Android, the size of the screen and the availability of covers (for example via AliExpress). Before this I had a Moto G (2015) and the Wileyfox Swift 2+ is definitely an improvement. It's an excellent phone for this price. The screen is fine, even if it's not Full-HD. The battery life was a bit short in the first week, but the longer I've owned the phone, the battery seems to last longer, one day at least with normal use (WhatsApp, browsing, auto-syncing email and occasionally a game like Hay Day). The camera is slightly less good than that of my previous phone, but I had taken this into account. The camera itself is fine, but not as sharp as that of the Moto G (2015). The storage capacity of this phone is really great, because normally you often pay around €275 for a phone with this much storage capacity and the same specifications as the Swift 2 plus. Plus, the screen size is just right; it just fits in my pocket with a case. The fingerprint scanner doesn't always work well, but this isn't a problem for me, since I don't use it anyway. The phone runs on a (almost) bare Android version and that works very fine. Even when I have multiple tabs open, the phone does not stutter. With earplugs or headphones the sound is really excellent, without earplugs/headphones it is slightly less, but still more than adequate. In addition, I read in some reviews that the phone starts up slowly, but compared to my Moto G (2015) it starts up very quickly: so it's just what you're used to. In short: an excellent phone in its price range. Don't let the fact that Wileyfox is a relatively unknown brand stop you, because then you will let a very good smartphone pass you by!

A new player on the market, Wileyfox. At first a bit suspicious because of unknown. Still took a gamble and ordered a Swift 2+. The specs for this price looked very good on paper. Handsome box with beautiful presentation, eye for detail. As soon as you pick up the device, it breathes quality. Clever and unseen design (Knap logo). Cyanogen runs very smoothly, browsing and multitasking is extremely fast and the overall experience screams smoothness. I definitely recommend this one. Try Wileyfox and leave the well-known brands for what they are. These makers have a lot more to offer for a fraction of the price.

This is a nice device, the almost stock Android runs smoothly, specs that are better than what you can usually expect for this price. In particular, the 3GB RAM is a big plus.
