Stadler Form Eva White

At first very happy with EVA, she looks good and is nice and quiet. But after a while I'm not so happy anymore. Maintenance is quite a bit of work and I must (perhaps depending on the water hardness) perform it once every 1-2 weeks. It is almost impossible to keep the grid in which absolutely no water can enter. Although our water has average hardness, even when using the expensive anti-scale cartridges, a lot of white precipitation is released (and the lime cartridges do not last 3 months at all). The unit in which oil can be dripped to spread a nice scent sounds good, but turns out to be virtually inoperative, even when using Stadler's own fragrance oil. EVA is very energy efficient, if you use the cold (+ automatic) mode. In our newly built house without drafty cracks where moisture escapes, this mode appears to fall short when it comes to keeping the humidity on the arrow (EVA should be able to easily handle our surface). When the warm mist is switched on, the humidity is easy to keep up with, even on very cold days when the underfloor heating is running all day. Unfortunately, the energy consumption then increases considerably and with constant use, maintenance is certainly necessary once a week. Also important to mention is that this device does NOT remove pollen from the air (check with the manufacturer). Furthermore, I have been in contact with the manufacturer about the worthless remote control. My first turned out to lose the signal after barely a meter. A new one was sent without any problems, but certainly does not reach the 'optimum' distance of 3-5 meters, with 3 meters I am already very satisfied.
