The Makita DSS501ZJ (without battery) is a compact 18V circular saw you can use to effortlessly cut wood to size. Because of the light 24kg weight, you can use this circular saw vertically or even overhead. You can easily read the cutting depth on the protective cover. This allows you to quickly set it to the correct depth. You can saw straight cuts up to a maximum of 51mm deep and in miter up to 35mm. The DSS501ZJ is suitable for saw blades of 136mm. The blower function blows sawdust out of the cut, so you keep a good view of your work. This circular saw is part of the Makita LXT 18V battery platform.
