Description

With the HP Smart Tank 7305 All-in-One printer and the included ink bottles, you can print thousands of pages. The printer automatically prints in duplex and thanks to the automatic document feeder, you can scan or copy 35 pages in one go. Which is very efficient. You can control the printer with the buttons on the printer that light up or via the HP Smart app. In this app, you can easily set shortcuts so the printer does what you want it to at the touch of a button. The printer was made sustainably, as 25% of the plastic is made from recycled materials.

Good prints, bad software -> dealbreaker

Bought printer for home office because of large ink supply, good print quality, double-sided printing. But software is substandard. Everything has to be arranged via the HP smart which works poorly and slowly. The build quality of the printer itself is also much lower than the previous HP Officejet from 2015. On previous printers you could select to scan directly to computer or to email address, now you have to open the HP smart on the PC every time to select what you want to do. It also works on the other computers under user profile 1, but not under user profile 2... The app cannot install the printer under the second profile. So I have already read several problems online regarding the software issues. I thought it would be solved with updates, but in vain. After almost 3 years still the same problems and unreliability. I think that as soon as the ink supply runs out, the printer will be replaced in its entirety. A shame, because good print and scan quality but too many frustrations when using it.

Nice sleek design printer. It is important to me that the paper tray is closed instead of a top loader where dust can fall into the input. Printer goes to the attic of the office supply store and yet Silvio does not always want to put paper in it first. This is ideal.
