With the KitchenAid Artisan Mixer 5KSM175PS Onyx Black, you can make dough and batter with little effort. This powerful stand mixer has 300W power, but the motor is in the head. As a result, it can easily handle heavy bread dough as no energy is lost between the mixing hook and the motor. The head of the KitchenAid is tiltable, so you can easily switch dough hooks. A beautiful and solid device. In principle, you can of course do without it, but the pizza dough was really kneaded well in 8 minutes and ready to rise. It took me at least 20 minutes by hand. I was afraid I wouldn't use it much but you can do more with it than just batter and dough. Mashed potatoes go well and also mixing and kneading minced meat, for example. In the supplied booklet, I think some more suggestions could have been made for this, but with a little research you will get there. I doubted for a long time whether I would ever buy one and when I ordered it I thought it was still an expensive mixer but should have done it sooner. I use it more often and for more things than I thought! I'm super happy with it. With more attachments, it becomes even more versatile.

I've been dreaming of a kitchen aid for years, and now that I finally have it, it lives up to all my expectations! It looks great, is easy to operate and works perfectly! My egg whites have never been beaten so nicely, my batter mixed so quickly. And while it's spinning, I can do other things. And for such a large device, it is also quite quiet. I think my hand mixer produced more decibels. It is a heavy device, but if you give it a permanent place on the counter, you won't notice it. It's an attack on your wallet, but if you like baking I can heartily recommend it to everyone!
