The Sony FE 85mm f/1.4 GM is a portrait lens for Sony mirrorless cameras. With the f/1.4 aperture, you can create a natural background blur. This way, the model stands out from the background. You can easily adjust the aperture with the aperture ring. Thanks to this large maximum aperture, the lens is light-sensitive. This means you can photograph in dark locations or at sunset. The lens focuses via 2 position sensors, for an accurate focus. For portrait photography, it's important that the focus is on the eyes. The lens has ED lens elements and an extremely aspheric element. Thanks to these elements, your subject is razor-sharp and the background has a soft blur.
