I have owned the device for 1 week. Had a few files to shred. Just A4 with a staple here and there. Should be possible piece by piece I thought .... unfortunately not. Device gets stuck all the time. And has now partly shredded its own interior. So this one goes back to sender

The device cannot destroy 12 leaves in one go, but only max. 5. If you put more than 5 leaves in the shredder at the same time, it is too heavy and the leaves get stuck in the cutting mechanism and you have to put them in between with great effort. from fiddling. Bought these especially to be able to work with more leaves and faster. Are very disappointed.
