With a Kenwood kMix stand mixer, you get a starter model stand mixer. This mixer is suitable for when you want to knead heavy dough thanks to the 1000W power. With the included attachments, you can also whisk whipped cream or mix batter for a cake. The Kenwood kMix stand mixers have a mixing bowl with a 5L capacity. You can make batter for 1.5 to 2 cakes in there. The speed of the stand mixer slowly builds up. That's useful, because you don't mix ingredients too fast that way and batter doesn't fly out of the mixing bowl.
